7 months old!

It is hard to believe that my precious baby boy is 7 months old! Mr. Snaggletooth has one tooth:

huge blue eyes:
and is such a happy boy!

He is pushing up on all fours and scoots around, but is not crawling quite yet. He is trying, though, and I am sure it will only be a matter of days!

Spring Break 2010!

The boys and I went down to see our family for a few days over spring break. We had a blast! We relaxed, stayed up way too late, ate a ton of food, went to the boys' first fair, went to a Cajun family bar restaurant, and had a fabulous time with our cousins.

Baby J got a lot of attention and loving from the whole family. The big girls loved to hold him and play with him and Aunt Beth even toted him around in her sling to help me out. He looks content don't you think?

M is going through a funny stage right now. Not having any sisters, he seems to be pretty interested in what his girl cousins are playing with. He especially likes The Little Mermaid movie and played with L's mermaid doll a lot! If he wasn't so rough and tough, I might be concerned but he is still my little mischevious M... he just really likes mermaids! (I should note, that Daddy may feel a little differently :-))

We went to a local cajun restaurant that is called a "family bar." We had so much fun. They had a country western band and a dance floor. We all danced and had a great time! I am sure all of the people that were two-steppin' probably wanted us to get off the floor!

Dancing with my N! He was really cute and wanted me to teach him how to dance.

The girls were so much help with J!

N even tried his first crawfish! I was so impressed because they were a bit spicy! He even took the shell off all by himself!

We had beautiful spring- like weather and had a great time playing outside and feeding the ducks behind their house:

We even went to a Spring Festival in a neighboring town and the kids had a blast. We ate fair food and the boys got to ride on their first roller coaster. This is a picture of N, M, and L waiting for the carousel. They are three little door steps!

N and M riding the trucks. N was so serious and thought he was really driving.

I guess all in all, this picture sums up how my boys felt after a long weekend with their cousins:
Worn out from having SO much FUN!!!

Thank you Uncle Clay and Aunt Beth for having us and showing us such a wonderful time!
